Projects 2016 – Kashagawigamog Lake (Phase 2)

Phase 2 is Complete!

What an amazing property we’ve had the pleasure to transform.  A once fallen down retaining wall and heaved patio has now been completely made over (see before & after).

Being our largest project to date, it has been broken down into 3 phases.  Phase 1 was completed in 2015 where access was created to the home to lead you to the waterfront side of the property.  As you can see in the photos, phase 2 was the installation of a large granite flagstone patio which is supported by dry stack retaining walls.  A propane bonfire area was incorporated into a section of the patio.  An outdoor sound system was installed and the speaker control box was built into one of the tiered walls.  A unique piece of bedrock was left and naturally defines the bonfire area.  Granite stone stairs provide access to the beach from the patio.

Phase 3 will be completed in 2019 which will tie phases 1 & 2 together.  Stay tuned for more to come!
