Projects 2019 – Twelve Mile Lake (Phase 1)

Our biggest shoreline stabilization project to date!

This once neglected site has now started the process to undergo a huge transformation. A natural erosion protection system has now been put in place to stabilize the steep sandy slope. An assortment of random sized boulders and river rock underlain with geotextile cloth is not only functional, it is also beautiful. Mulch was added to help with stabilization and cover areas that have been prepped for future patios and walkways. Multiple granite staircases were installed to provide safe and easy access to the water. A granite block retaining wall will support a beautiful flagstone patio for our clients to enjoy lake living. Can’t wait to start phase 2!

What an absolute pleasure these clients were to work with!

A shoreline stabilization project in the fall has turned into a total lakeside transformation.  Granite flagstone stepping stones were inset into newly laid sod to create a pathway from the cottage to the existing deck structure.  Stone stairs were incorporated into the grade change and a flagstone walkway was installed alongside the deck to provide an access point to the lake.  To dissipate wave action and help prevent erosion the shoreline was stabilized with the addition of river rock placed on the slope.  The new and improved view from the cottage is incredible!

Projects 2018 – Boshkung Lake

We love our return costumers!

We have completed multiple projects on this gorgeous Boshkung Lake property over the years and each time it just gets better.  This time we created an entertaining area to accommodate our clients large family and friend group.  The custom propane fire table is defiantly a favorite.

Our amazing granite supplier, Keystone Granite Management started producing a new product and we were one the first companies to install.  While we have used limestone armour stone in the past this would be our first time using granite sawn armour.  With the top, bottom and both ends being sawn and cut to the same 13″ height, the installation was faster than expected.  While it took some time getting the angles perfected, the block wall construction took a fraction of the time it would have taken using our typical dry stack construction…and not to mention it turned out beautifully!

Projects 2018 – Boshkung Lake

One of our existing customers has a large property on Boshkung Lake.  The old wooden staircase from the bunkie to the secondary dock needed a face lift.  Granite stairs were installed and the shoreline was stabilized with a sloped river rock treatment.

Projects 2016 – Kashagawigamog Lake (Phase 2) Before & After

We often get caught up in the excitement of starting a new project that we miss taking before photo’s.  Luckily we managed to capture a couple quick shots of this project.  Love looking back at what a site once was prior to it being transformed.

More photos of this project can be viewed on our portfolio page.

Projects 2016 – Bob Lake

We loved transforming this Bob Lake property.  The tight work spaces defiantly posed some challenges but in the end it was worth it!
